Mindfulness practice can help adults to regulate emotions, decrease stress, anxiety and depression. Mindfulness practice improves concenration, mental clarity and enhances our ability to relate to ourselves and others with kindness, acceptance and compassion. However, knowing this is not enough. The only way Mindfulness works is with practice.

Cindy's trainings are experiential, fun and engaging. She’s responsive to your needs and tailors each session accordingly. Often adults need to learn how to keep work from bleeding into homelife. With only simple tools you can better meet the struggles, challenges and demands of life.
