Why Kids Benefit
In our post pandemic world children are facing greater stresses and worries in their lives than ever before. Technology has been a wonderful advancement, although it comes at a great price to our youth. Mindfulness helps kids face their daily challenges as it allows them to learn to calm their bodies and minds.
Preschool through College
Having taught in a public school district, Cindy Goldberg is in tune with children, adolescents and their needs. Beginning at preschool age and up through adulthood, Cindy teaches developmentally appropriate strategies giving them the tools to navigate a variety of challenges including focus, self-control, self image, social comparisons, calm, classroom participation, compassion, improved academic performance, ability to resolve conflict,
and ways to enhance their overall well-being.
Evidence Based
Using evidence based strategies and over 25 year of experience with students, Cindy Goldberg demystifies mindfulness and applied positive psychology strategies
to make calm accessible to all ages.
